You must claim the referral commission within one month from the date the status is updated to “claimable.”
A minimum project value of ₹3.9 lakhs (excluding taxes) is required for a referral to qualify for commission under the Arena Affiliate Program.
Simply sharing a lead does not qualify for referral commission. The customer must confirm the project and make the advance payment for you to become eligible. The time required for this process depends on the customer’s project timeline.
The referral amount will be credited in two instalments, aligned with the client’s payment schedule, typically corresponding to the advance and subsequent part payments.
The company reserves the right to reject any claim if it is found to be ineligible, in violation of company policy, or if any fraud or misrepresentation is identified
Sharing leads directly with Arena branches or the sales team will not be eligible for referral commission. All referrals must be submitted through the Arena Affiliate Channel to qualify for commission.
You can track the status of your referrals by logging into the Arena Interiors Affiliate Portal using your User ID and password or by signing in with your registered Google ID. Alternatively, you may contact the Arena Affiliate Support Team at [email protected]
with complete referral details to receive updates on your submitted leads.
Submission of a valid PAN card copy and bank account details is mandatory for commission disbursement. Applicable TDS will be deducted as per government regulations.
Affiliates are eligible for commissions only when referrals are submitted through the official Arena Affiliate form or designated affiliate support channel. Leads shared directly with branches or sales representatives will not qualify for commission.
